Pads #3 and #5

Pad #3 can be booked through Airbnb and prices are available from Airbnb on enquiry.

Pad #5 can also be booked through Airbnb.

Bookings through Airbnb must be handled directly with them through their website Payments must be made to Airbnb.

Our Own Pad #4

This is available for monthly rental. On booking, one month rent and one month deposit will be required. Rental is inclusive of water and electricity. A deposit to cover any damages will be required.

Rental PHP 18,000 per month payable in advance.

Deposit for any damages (Refundable less costs) PHP 2,000

Bunk Rooms on the second floor

Each room has a double bunk, storage lockers, a wall fan, a table and two chairs. On booking, one month rent and one month deposit will be required. Rental is inclusive of water and electricity.

Room Rent for one person: PHP 5,000 per month

Room Rent for two persons: PHP 6,000 per month.

Subject to availability a room can be rented for a nightly rental of PHP500 for a maximum of five nights.
